The Tryon Palace in New Bern, NC, is a beautiful place anytime of year – it’s full of history, charm, beauty, gardens, flowers, fountains and tradition. It was North Carolina’s first capitol and remains a center of historic colonial North Carolina. So can you ask for a more romantic and picturesque place to hold a wedding than Tryon Palace?
I was excited to get the opportunity to assist with shooting the Tryon Palace wedding of Emily and Blake. And the opportunity did not disappoint. Get ready for the beauty overload!
After the ceremony in the shadow of Tryon Palace, the guests retreated to the immense lawn behind the first capitol where food, dancing, a sunset and even games awaited.
Remember that sunset I mentioned – breath taking! What a show for the guests.
A perfect evening at a perfect location. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith!
